Shades of CSI:

Husband does contract work for a company, as an all around machinist/repair person/designer of parts/whatever they can get him to do, so he is often asked to come to the shop to work. (We both used to work there.) So, he was asked to fill a vacationing persons slot.

He was gone the normal day, and so I saw him drive up, and asked how his day went. He had the strangest expression, almost curious looking. "Well, it was different... There was a dead body at the plant today." I nearly dropped my teeth.

"A WHAT? You have GOT to be joking..."

He wasn't! From what could be parsed together, one of the guys had his license revoked, so had to walk to work. Well, guess he got to the plant, and had a massive heart attack, and dropped on the spot in the field, outside of the plant.

So, I of the 'the more gory, the more interesting' ask, so, what happened?

He said, "I really don't know all that much, I went in to work, it was so nice, everyone else was outside watching what the cops were doing."

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry...

What?? He wasn't even the least bit curious??
I probably wouldn't have been able to get any details if it had been my husband either!

Oh, and I forgot to ask if you were able to fetch your blog award? I am VERY technical-gadget challenged and had to ask how to retrieve mine. Let me know if you need help with it, since I kind of sort of know how to do it now!^_^

No, as far as curious, he saw there was police, and "I figured they were busy enough, they didn't need me around". True, but... The twit, he just has to be all RESPONSIBLE... hahahaha... No, Husband is really not into the cop stuff at all. Which is really funny when you realize his wife is a volunteer for them. Go figure.

And no, I guess I didn't know it was removeable... eep. COMPUTER DORK RIDES AGAIN!! ;D Anyway, if you want to let me know how, email me at rencatus at yahoo dot com, and maybe I can fight it into submission. Hey, it only took me a couple days to work out how to do the side bar!
