Sunday Supplement

Just a short blog.  I thought it was interesting, I did an inadvertent experiment.  I planted some wave petunias, all bought at the same place, at the same time, and the same type.

Here is the one that I planted in a combination of coffee grounds and some soil.  (Mostly coffee grounds.)

This was planted in a mixture of horse poo compost and soil.

Don't know what to say about this, but I think I might try this again with other plants and see what happens.  I was really amused with the color difference in the two...

What a difference! Quite the interesting experiment.

Great experiment! Must be some kind of pigment booster (or whatever) in the poo. Very lovely!

Amazing! Yes, keep experimenting. Your garden will be unique and very, very beautiful.

They`re very pretty! My flowers are looking rather sickly sadly. Too much sun and wind and not enough remembering to water!

Thank you all, will chime in later, but have some "stuff" going on, will update later... But thank you again for the thoughts! And I will have to see what else happens with different soils!
