The dog ate my "homework"...

With a little encouragement...

I sometimes play tug of war with "junk" mail before I recycle it.  Rudee seems to enjoy the game, and sometimes I don't even have to carry the mail to the house!

And, as promised...
My first pair of Tabi (Mitten) socks.  I still don't seem to be able to do Kitchner stitch worth beans, but I will learn, eventually, I guess.  But if I do another pair, it will probably have a different toe design for the littler toes...

So, dogs really CAN eat your homework (I suggest liberal doses of beef broth on mine, personally...)

Jill got hold of an envelope that I had written "absolutely keep, important!" on it. The envelope was empty and there were shred everywhere. (That should teach me to leave her alone to go to the doctor!)
Your tabis look nice and warm! Will come in handy when Mr Winter shows up!

Yes, so can "pet" squirrels. Never get one, they eat homework, and the pencils, too.

Love the colorful Tabi socks. They would bring a smile even in the cold of winter.

Keep doing that stitch, practice may not make perfect, but it does make better and better all the time.

My two dogs here don't eat anything, they are sooo good! But Samson is coming today, and in the past, he ate two CDs, well chewed them so they were unrecognizable anyway. I better go hide stuff now! Have a nice Labor Day weekend.--Inger

Love the socks! I can't get the cats to play tug of war with my junk mail, but they do a pretty good job of chewing off the corners.

OMG! I think Rudee would have been in DEEP kimchee if I had anything important eaten... And the socks are coming in handing now, in the mornings! Warm during the day, but fairly cool in the mornings.

I have no idea about squirrels, but that somehow doesn't surprise me, they are in the family rodenta... As far as the K. stitch, I am going to have to learn it from someone, this is one time I haven't been able to work it out by myself. Or haven't stumbled on the right You Tub video...

Oh, my. I would be worried about Samson's guts, eating CDs. I assume you mean the shiny silver ones, not the bank kind... And I hope your Labor Day Weekend is nice too.

Uh. Not really, I get plenty, since we get mail for ourselves, Parents in Law, and at least one bro in law. But, if you do, Rudee and I can definitely use it for playtime!

I had that happen once in a while when I was living in an apartment with my kitty. Except it was corners of books, not envelopes... Really doesn't do a THING for the resale value of school books...

Less so than I would be if I wore regular socks with my flip flop style sandals!
