Beautiful. Ironically I was reading how nut trees can be a good source of forage for livestock and my first thought was... "how would that be if the wildlife keeps eating them first?"
Love the tree with the fog bank behind it. I love the way fog, mist, whatever you want to call it, settles in low areas. We used to have a walnut tree. Not only did the 'stupid' squirrels eat the nuts, but they would throw them onto our metal room to crack them. Hmmm, maybe not so stupid! Thanks for stopping by my blog and becoming a follower.
The white fence is actually on the neighbor's property, I don't know if you can see the fence well that is ours, which is more of a regular metal fence... That really needs to be reinforced against horses that like to rub on it... And dogs that like to go under it. Eh.

It IS a rather pretty tree! We don't get pecans either, nasty crows!
