Mow, mow, mow the yard...

 I wanted to get the garden and the "backyard" area of the pod mowed. It took me two days, but it's finished.

I had to be careful, moles/gophers/ diggy rodent of some ilk was leaving holes AND mounds in the area, and mowing them was not a good idea, unless I wanted a dust bath! I also didn't want to trip or get tangled up with one... 

I have an electric lawnmower, and since we've moved the fence around to thwart the deer, I wasn't sure if I could reach the "backyard". 

Yep! 

In fact, without the old fence, I had more than enough cord, the only problem is a volunteer ash tree that I need to move. It kept catching the cord. But I should be able to clean everything up pretty well, and it is starting to look like a garden, not a mess! 

Still have 4 raised beds to clean. Then I shall (HOPEFULLY ) be able to plant. Yay!! And believe me, I already have oodles in my craft room that are looking forward to the great outdoors!!!
