1. I am thankful for my husband, who stepped up once again. I screwed up my knee... He cooked my part of the Thanksgiving meal, (yep, the turkey), and did a great job, and was able to get it all packed to take to family, along with limping me.
2. I am thankful for my family, who were willing to wait a day, so I could actually be able to walk around and be a part of the meal.
3. Thankful for a neighbor who, hearing I was messed up, came over to visit and brought some fruit crumble, so we could have a treat.
4. Thankful I didn't have to do much, because I was not able to get around more than a slow hobble.
5. Thankful for Ding kitty. She is better than a hot water bottle or heating pad, and much more sociable.
6. Giving thanks for blankets, so I can keep warm when I can't move around much.
7. Giving thanks for medical staff, who were able to parse out what was wrong, and possible things to make it better.
8. I am so very thankful for tea. Warm, strong, and flavorful...
9. I am thankful I have a few different projects going so I still had something to do, and something to change to when I became tired or sore from the first project. (Note: not a good idea to crochet for several hours without a break!)
10. I am thankful that this too will pass...
Enjoy your week, have fun and enjoy!!!

Urgh, not a knee injury! I hope this one is minor and is healed up quickly. It's good to hear it didn't derail your Thanksgiving plans by too much.
Well, it's improving... Slowly. I am not patient about it leaving, however!

I second Mimi's Urgh and raise her, "Damn... be careful and let the recovery follow full course"
one of the beauty-parts of this bloghop is not only the variety of contributors views but the fact that all is valid for inclusion (in a 'oT list).

I am being VERY careful... I don't want this nonsense any longer than I have to! And yes, there is quite a variety!
