Today's cup is a Coca-Cola Santa. Weirdly enough, I was nearly dissuaded from buying it by the thrift store owner. The "front" is fine, but the back has a stain of some sort, near Santa's elbow.
And that's when she chided me that it wasn't worth the money. I told her the smudge was no big deal, I just thought it was cute. (And, I like Coca-Cola, among other sodas.) She continued to snort and sniff as I walked around, and when I came up to pay for my purchases, she pointed at the cup, and told me she'd let me have it for free, if I told no one where I got it from.
Ooooooookay...
To this day I don't know what her problem with it was, goodness, SHE was the one selling it, for heaven's sake!
But this is the 'good' side, so to speak. The smudge doesn't show up well in the photo, which tells you how "terrible" it is...
And no, I won't say where I got it... :)

Some people are perfectionists. It's a lovely cup, and by the way, Santa was dressed all in fur in the original Visit From Saint Nicholas story, it was Coca Cola that put him in Coca Cola red and made that famous.
