It was decent weather, so I decided to walk outside. It's about a half mile to the stop sign at the end of our road.
I took off, and decided to see how long I could go before needing to stop. I walked, and walked, and panted a bit, and walked some more. I made it to the stop sign! Now, it's not a run yet, but it's consistent. Well, at least TO the sign.
Coming back, I panted a lot, and had to stop several times. So, next goal is to be able to walk to and back, without stopping.
Hey, considering where I have been, it's definitely a plus!
