My newest kitten...

 Feline Friday... 

Went with Husband on Saturday to get some items he was looking for. It was still Black Friday stuff, but he had less than no desire to go in and fight the crowds. We zipped in the store... Okay, he zipped, I hobbled along like a wounded turtle. But we checked on the items he wanted. The walker I have has a chair, so while he looked, I sat.  

He decided he didn't want the one item, and checked on some other things he had been looking at. He did end up getting those, and we paid, and headed to the car. 

That's when I saw the kitten. They had dozens of these little toys, dogs, cats, little bears, horses, what have you.  But this little girl was sitting on top looking at me. 

I was totally dignified, I only squealed "oh, that's adorable!!" in a pitch that I estimate most dogs would have heard on the East coast... I really didn't think anything more of it, until Husband handed me the funds and said it was an early Christmas present. 

So, I had to think of a name. The tag said Meow Kitty, and said it was a girl. Didn't like the name, and I received it at a feed and tack store. So, I  present to you:

Cowgirl Up. 

It's about the size of my palm, soft, and very floppy, as it's about half full of (beads?) of some kind. 

I hope to find a cowgirl hat for her sometime.

Silly, but I like it... :)
