Feline Friday, and fanny fail.

 

This is Dark Angel, one of my first gargoyles. I had never seen a cat gargoyle before, but have a few now.

It has been in the 20's, but that wasn't stopping Ding. She kept trying to slip out when Husband would get firewood. 

This had gone on continually for a couple days, and had nearly tripped Husband at least once. 

So, Husband decided to let her go outside. He got her lead, and her collar, and took her outside. 

She was elated! She trotted around, walked to the grass, and nibbled a bit. 

Then she walked into the grass, and sat down. Husband said she looked so pleased with herself. Then looked surprised, as the heavy frost on the grass melted on her nether regions. She the bolted up, and took off for the front door, pulling on the lead with her urgency to get back in the house! 

She launched in the house, rushed over to the fireplace, and decided that was MUCH better!! 

And she's decided that outside maybe isn't something she needs right now...
