 Linky bits

1. A big one is that the pollen count is finally going down here. Husband and I both sniff and snorrf through spring, he more so than I do. We are both pretty knocked down by it for a while... But both of us seem to be on the upswing now. Hopefully whatever was blooming finished! 

2. The neighbor has his cows in the field across from our front window, they are looking good and healthy, and the calves are growing so quickly! 

3. Was looking at the skirts I bought, and found out there are several ways to wear them, as a skirt, a dress, sort of a cape, and there are even variants of those. And they are reversible, so I have lots of outfits. Sort of.

4. The mulch work I did seems to be working. I only have some grass coming up along the very edges of my raised beds. There is an occasional weed that I think might have been blown in, but one pluck, no weed!

5. I seem to be able to get a plan, and can get things together for the most part. I have to work early in the day now, but I try to plan the day before what I need to do. Makes it a lot easier to not overdo. 

6. Husband came up with an idea for a slug trap using our recycling. And better, I don't have to glue, or tape. Just a cut on one part of the bottle and they fit together like kids building bricks. And we found cheap beer, I wasn't buying good stuff for invasive slugs!!

7. Husband is a thankful again, he made tomato supports for me out of fence panels. I don't know if I would have had the strength.

8. Garden is coming along. I still need to get some plants out of the greenhouse, but the majority of the beds are planned and mostly planted.  :)

9. Most of the family we've heard from are doing well. One family member is going to be getting a TENS unit, it will be a game changer, he's barely been able to walk, and I guess he was 180 change to almost normal! And another family member had back surgery, and seems to be doing well, if slowly... 

10. I have a new e book I am reading, it's good so far. I have even been more inclined to read than watch TV. Slows my knitting output some, but oh, well... ;)
