1.
My new holly hock. So far no rust problems!
Almost 3 feet tall, and lots of buds.
3.
Picked lots of blackberries, juiced same, and have that in the freezer to make jelly later.
4. Been able to keep most of my plants going during the hot weather.
5. Most of the tomatoes have recovered from the deer buffet line. In fact, several have grown back around the eaten parts. Even some flowers!
6. Watering the trees takes a little bit, so I have been reading a history book, about Eleanor Roosevelt. It's from articles she wrote.
7. I am getting several UFO vegs, they are good. Tried to dry some seeds, but I think they are too young. Might have to let them get a bit bigger.
8. I accidentally mowed one of my hydrangea (it was small and hard to see). It now has a flag marking it, and it too, has grown a bit. (Whew!)
9. Lots of flowers on my cucumbers, so the folks that requested them should be happy soon!
10. It's a slow process, but my garden is doing well, and I think eventually, it will be really nice. But, you know, it's really nice to me right now!
Have yourself a grand week, and take care. :)
